Every summer, there is something. It can be a fight between campers, a missing camper, a bad storm, terminating a staff member or something worse. There is no way to eliminate all risks in your camp program, but it is how you manage risk that can help keep your camp out of hot water. In this session, we will talk about the importance of having a risk management team and a plan at your camp.
