Jamie Ferris is the president of P.W. Wood & Son, Inc., an independent insurance agency and brokerage, delivering comprehensive solutions for the real risks faced by families and businesses. With a career spanning over three decades in the insurance industry, Jamie began his journey in 1987 and has since earned multiple professional designations. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance, Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) from the Insurance Institute of America, and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) from the AIMS Society.
Jamie is licensed to sell property and casualty insurance across several states, including New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He specializes in risk management for commercial enterprises and nonprofit organizations, particularly those focused on youth-centered programs. He is the current Risk Manager for the 4H Camps of New York State.
