Start from the end: What do you want the end of the summer to look like and figure out the steps from there. How do we want the campers to remember us? How can we help the staff to be thought of in the positive light we need them to be in order to sustain our programs? How can we finally satisfy our camp families and discover what their true expectations are? In the end, how can we make camp work for you?
This session will help to develop new and different ways of handling staff and camper behaviors. We will help to determine problem ownership and then know how to solve issues when they come up. Learn how to provide safe opportunities for campers and staff to develop the courage to be imperfect, and walk away with at least one amazing rainy day activity.
