Cristian Irizarry is a Program Director at Kids in the Game, where she oversees camps, recess, PE, sports, and after-school programs that serve hundreds of youth across New York City. With extensive experience as a Camp Director for urban day camps, Cristian has also served as a regional supervisor for camps in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She is a skilled on-site trainer, leading staff development sessions on a variety of youth development topics, including childhood development, child health and safety, program administration, and the effective management of after-school and summer camp programming.
