URJ Camp Harlam
Lisa is an Executive Director for the Union for Reform Judaism's Camps and Immersives team, appointed to this role in 2023. In that role she serves as the Director of Camp Harlam, in Kunkletown, PA and oversees the Director of OSRUI, in Wisconsin. As a leader on the executive team for the URJ's system of 14 residential camps, she leads the organization-wide camper pipeline and recruitment strategy, in an effort to maintain and expand the impact of the URJ's camping system. Lisa returned to Camp Harlam in April 2014 as the Associate Director and became the camp's sixth Director in 2017. Before her return, Lisa was the Associate Director of Camping for the URJ, overseeing initiatives across the URJ camp system. She also directed KESHER, the college department of the URJ, and held roles at the Jewish Community Center of Central New Jersey. Lisa earned her BS in Family Studies from the U of Maryland and her MSW from U Penn, along with a Masters of Jewish Communal Service from Gratz.
