Jennifer Scarano is the Director of Operations & Program Design at Kids in the Game, bringing extensive experience from both residential and urban day camps. Since 2017, she has played a critical role in key areas of camp operations, including marketing, program design, vendor management, camp permits, busing coordination, swimming, and field trips. Jenn has also served as a Camp Director for several organizations, most notably as the Camp Director of the Greenpoint Day Camp. As a leader of the Operations Department, she sets the vision for school-year programs and summer day camp operations, managing a team of operations staff and interns to ensure smooth, high-quality programming.
