Chelsea C. Williams is a Passionate Entrepreneur, Workplace Educator, and Professional Speaker. She is the Founder & CEO of Reimagine Talent, a talent development firm based in Raleigh, NC. Her national team supports employers, educational institutions, and non-profits with high-impact talent & workforce development solutions that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

Chelsea is passionate about redefining workplaces through innovation and inclusivity. She is a trusted contributor to CNBC, Fast Company, Insider, and Forbes on managing & leading teams, belonging in the workplace, and developing Generation Z talent.

Prior to launching Reimagine Talent, Chelsea spent a decade in Global Human Resources on Wall Street.

Chelsea obtained her B.A. in Economics from Spelman College. She is also a graduate of the Tuck Executive Education Program Building a Successful Diverse Business.
