Erec started in camp a first year counselor in 2005, and has since moved through various summer and full time roles to become the Executive Director and Owner at Camp Champions. He graduated from UC-Berkeley in 2010 and became a full time camp professional in 2012. One of Erec's passions is helping other people perform at their highest level so they can achieve their personal and professional goals.
