Discuss different ways to create and maintain a cohesive and motivated aquatics team before the first day of camp. We will discuss recruiting, onboarding, and training while always focusing on building camaraderie amongst your entire team. We will also brainstorm ways to keep the aquatics staff motivated and engaged throughout the summer. The gamification of training and learning will also be discussed.
