The goal of orientation is to get staff to understand and buy into the potential magic of what we can do over the summer. In this session we will talk about how to effectively communicate the magic of camp to our staff. We'll discuss the importance of the "why" of camps and ways to (re)discover your own "why". Participants will (hopefully) leave with a renewed sense of purpose and drive to make the experience of their campers truly match the potential we all have.
