Beth Mitchell is the Director of Inclusion and Diversity for the JCC of Central NJ where she just celebrated her 5 year anniversary with the organization. In her role, Beth is responsible for creating and overseeing all of the JCC's inclusion programs, including the Shadow Program which provides 1:1 staff support to campers with disabilities, Skills Training Program which provides paid supported employment to young adults with disabilities and tiered mental health supports at Camp Yachad- the JCC's affiliated summer camp program. In addition, Beth steers agency- wide culture around diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Beth is a seasoned staff trainer and facilitates both staff and lay leadership trainings across departments on a regular basis.
