Diana Bloom is an Accountability Consultant known for delivering actionable systems to improve productivity and efficiency in camp operations and beyond. She offers seminars, workshops, webinars, and coaching that empower lasting changes. Diana's approach focuses on practicality, clear communication, and measurable outcomes, rooted in her experience as the former Head Counselor at URJ Camp Coleman. She spends summers traveling to camps nationwide, working with veteran camp counselors and their leadership teams to enhance delegation, project management, and accountability. Diana serves on the faculty of FJC's Cornerstone Seminar and teaches in the MA program at Spertus Institute.
