Eddie Norgard

Meet Eddie, a lifelong camp enthusiast who discovered the magic as a resident camper at Camp Ranachqua in the NY Catskills. With camp as a formative experience, Eddie embarked on a remarkable journey, becoming a YMCA camp director at 21 and by 26, he had risen to the role of a camping executive, steering the course for a portfolio of seven camps.

Eddie provides leadership and support to camps under his philosophy that camp is a place to get down and dirty, revel in the beauty of nature, and forge lifelong connections. Eddie's passion doesn't stop with camp. As a Y-USA 30 Under 30 Award Recipient, he's a force to be reckoned with in the non-profit world of recreational and operations management.

With a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University with a double concentration in Marketing Management and Organizational Leadership, Eddie is not just shaping the future of camp; he's leading the charge in redefining wholistic experiences for all people.
