Kristina Woznicki is the CEO and a founding member of SummerCollab, bringing over 25 years of experience in youth development and operations, primarily in urban communities. Her vision and partnership were instrumental in shaping SummerCollab's model. As a founding member, Kristina provided leadership and guidance, coaching programs and curriculum designers. Her career includes extensive service at YMCA locations in Ohio, Philadelphia, and Wilmington, Delaware. She is deeply passionate about out-of-school time learning, staff development, and empowering youth to discover their unique talents.
