Her impressive 20-year food industry journey started with roles in home economics, food sales & marketing, laying a strong foundation for her current success.
Beyond the food world, Shana's passion extends to Alpha Phi International Fraternity. A dedicated member, she has actively served in various volunteer roles at local and regional levels. Notably, she held a Director position with Alpha Phi 1872 Properties (their national housing arm) and currently sits on the esteemed Alpha Phi Foundation Board of Directors.
