Shoshi Rothschild is a former camp director turned consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in summer camping. The founder of in.tent consulting & facilitation, Shoshi specializes in strategic planning, impact assessment, and organizational culture, and loves working with clients to implement new processes and build strong and supportive cultures that reflect each client's unique organizational values. The best part of her job is designing and facilitating engaging and experiential training workshops for camps that speak to each camp's mission, goals, and staffing challenges. Shoshi holds a bachelor's degree from McGill University, and a Master's in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, where she conducted her thesis research on the correlation between personal and professional engagement in the workplace. She loves to bring this research into the camps she works with to help them design and implement strategies to improve their staff culture.
