Steve Peck has been involved in group dynamics since 1978 when he started as a camp counselor at the YMCA. He eventually worked his way up to Director of Day Camps over the 11 summer seasons he worked there. Since 1992, he has honed his teambuilding and leadership skills working for a variety of programs ranging from summer camps catering to burn-injured children to foreign exchange student tours to month-long bicycle tours for teens. His corporate affiliations range from managing young adults on Olympic and World Cup hospitality programs to leading teambuilding workshops for a variety of companies. He has been a camp counselor, camp director, trainer, facilitator, consultant, teambuilder, and game maker. His work is about creating a positive, productive, and safe community for all involved.
