Come join our Global Campfire! We are here to teach summer camps how to embrace culture in camp life through real-life scenarios and situations. We will discuss the differences between American and international children, and how staff can prepare & embrace these differences. We'll also cover the appropriate language to use when discussing different cultures, as well as how behavioral traits can be cultural & how to address them via pre-camp training, icebreakers, small group discussions, and presentations. We will help plan inclusive camp activities aimed at enhancing the experience for both staff and campers.
