Women in Camp was created to support and lift up women and nonbinary folks from across the world that work in the summer camp industry. We aim to create change in the workplace for all people while creating a community space that is welcoming, safe, and brave. Network with other women and nonbinary camp pros and have your voice heard about issues facing our community in the professional summer camp space.
