Especially for young professionals, this session will show you an approach that will unlock opportunities and help you advance in your career faster. We'll consider the perspectives of both an employee and a manager to identify a series of questions you can ask each day to move closer to achieving your professional goals. We'll poke a little bit of fun at ourselves as we identify common mistakes that we all make, and then discuss how you can leverage your unique strengths to proactively create your own opportunities for growth. Finally, we will cover a list of specific actions that will help participants achieve their goals more quickly by making themselves indispensable within their organization.
