Effectively training seasonal summer staff is critical to the success of every camp program. These staff members are responsible for the safety and well-being of your campers and are charged with making sure your program is both safe and satisfying for everyone at camp. During this highly interactive session, attendees will participate in a variety of activities that we use to successfully train thousands of staff every year. These activities can be used throughout pre-camp staff orientation and in-season training to maximize learning and retention as well as to create an exceptional staff training experience.
